Rates are calculated using Australia Post rates and are calculated on checkout.
Our shipping is based on weight.
We use Australia Post and all our orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (Business Days Monday - Friday), with a tracking number provided.

Refunds & Returns
We offer a 7- day refund policy for unopened items. Return postage is at the customer's cost and no refund is provided for original postage costs. Refund is for the item/goods only. All returns must be reviewed and approved for return by contacting our Customer Care support team.
